Our Story

Guanabana began as a dream shared by Julieta and Oliver, a husband-and-wife duo inspired by their roots and a love for real, authentic flavors. When their kids were young, they decided to take a leap into entrepreneurship and create something meaningful—a product that celebrated their heritage. In their home countries, paletas are a beloved treat, made simply with pure fruit, capturing the essence of natural flavors. Having grown up surrounded by an incredible variety of fruits, they knew they had the perfect foundation to bring something special to life.

Beginning

Guanabana was born with a simple yet unique idea: handcrafted paletas made from real fruit, served from a classic tricycle reminiscent of those popular in Latin America.



Bip Bip

A few years later, they added a food truck to the mix, expanding the menu with even more fruit-based creations.



Partnerships

Over the years, Guanabana has grown beyond Jacksonville, sharing its fruity treats across North and South Florida, and even as far as Kentucky. They've partnered with grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants, offering mini ice pops and spreading their love for authentic, fruit-based products.



After many years of dreaming, planning, and hard work, the vision of a permanent location has finally come to life in 2025. Guanabana's first brick-and-mortar shop was created for you—a welcoming, tropical, and vibrant space where you can satisfy your cravings any day of the week.
